Georgetown Two Story Modular Home
The Georgetown modular home floor plan by Haven Homes is one of my favorite modular home floor plan. The first floor of this home has a formal living room, large family room with space for a corner fireplace, convenient laundry nook situated between the family room and breakfast nook. Thie kitchen provides space for an optional island bar. The formal dining room could be used for a home office if the customer would opt to have the breakfast nook extended for a casual dining area. The pantry off the kitchen provides ample storage for your kitchen gadgets and food stores. The second floor of the homehas three large bedroom. The master suite of this two story modular home floor plan has a large soaker tub and shower. Adding a custom closet to the master suite would allow for additional clothing storage.
