BallPark Pricing - $50 to 65.00 a square foot is a VERY ball park price for a modular homes on the East coast. The Midwest and West Coast modular homes must be custom priced. The ballpark modular home price includes the home, transportation, set and any applicable prices. There are many variables to the cost of a modular home. For a “Ball Park” quote, pick any of our homes and we will send you the price on any of our models. Sale Proposal Pricing - Modular Home Place will generate a no obligation sales proposal for any of our standard plans or custom plans you forward to us.
Our Sales Proposals are usually within 3.5% of your cost. Option pricing , code requirements, energy packages, set price, crane allowance, transportation, etc will be included on your sales proposal for your review.
Final Approved Pricing - After your home is engineered we will give you a final manufactured approved price on your home. The final pricing will include all of your options, specifications, set pricing, crane allowance, etc. for your home.
“On-Site” Modular Home Costs
The cost of the modular home is considered an offsite construction costs since up-to 90% of the home is completed in the factory. Your other costs you will incur are the on site costs which include:
