BallPark Pricing - $50 to 65.00 a square foot is a VERY ball park price for a modular homes on the East coast.ï¿½ï¿½ The Midwest and West Coast modular homes must be custom priced. The ballpark modular home price includes the home, transportation, set and any applicable prices.ï¿½ There are many variables to the cost of a modular home.ï¿½ For a ï¿½Ball Parkï¿½ quote, pick any of our homes and we will send you the price on any of our models.ï¿½ Please note some regions of the United States will cost more per square foot depending on the level of finish offered by the manufacturer.ï¿½ Contact us for a sales proposal.

Sale Proposal Pricing - Modular Home Place will generate a no obligation sales proposal for any of our standard plans or custom plans you forward to us.ï¿½

Our Sales Proposals are usually within 3.5% of your cost.ï¿½ Option pricing , code requirements, energy packages, set price, crane allowance, transportation, etc will be included on your sales proposal for your review.ï¿½

Final Approved Pricing - After your home is engineered we will give you a final manufactured approved price on your home.ï¿½ The final pricing will include all of your options, specifications, set pricing, crane allowance, etc. for your home.ï¿½

The cost of the modular home is considered an offsite construction costs since up-to 90% of the home is completed in the factory.ï¿½ Your other costs you will incur are the on site costs which include:
