Modular Home Place specializes in �sweat equity� builder packages for those capable of acting as thier own general contractor.� Modular homes, sometimes called prefab or kit homes are much easier to GC than stick built homes.� You will need to manage the jobsite and your sub contractors: excavator, mason; finish carpenter, electrician, HVAC, plumber and any specialty trades that will be needed to finish out your home.� Your home will be upto 90% complete when the set crew is finished setting your modular home.� Your management skills can save you up to 20% or more.

If you have done remodeling, have a friend or relative in the trades, have a do it yourself attitude, or would like to hire your own general contractor. Our sweat equity package is the way to go!

Modular Home Place delivers no obligation �ball park� quotes on all of our homes.� This ball park quote is the starting point for your building budget.� For those who are closer to purchasing a home, we generate a modular home sales proposal after you are registered as a client.� Your sales proposal will include all of the factory installed options and selections for your prefab factory built home.�
