Mercer Modular Ranch Home
This four bedroom modular floor plan is a big home. Three of the bedroom are in close proximity to the bathrooms. The master bath is small, but functional. The general bath is has my favorite small bathroom floor plans. The lined closet should be able to be opened from the bathroom. Who ever is given the fourth bedroom is going to be trolling through the house either naked or carrying a ton of stuff. If I had the fourth bedroom I would feel as though I was a camper going to the bath house for a shower. The utility room doubles as a laundry room and mudroom, perfect to clean out your pockets and take your muddy boots off. The side entry is perfect for a side garage that would be easy to unload groceries into the kitchen. The living room is ample in this floor plan. I kind of like the plan, but it is too big for me.
